Partial extension and reconstruction of a service building

Summary

The tender concerns the partial extension and reconstruction of a service building at Wojska Polskiego 26, Borne Sulinowo. The works include creating a vehicle-washing room with a warehouse, site development, sanitary drainage with settling tanks and separators, approximately 239 m² of access roads and hardstandings, roof and wall insulation, roof covering replacement for the workshop and office section, partial wall insulation, window replacement, and supply of a high-pressure washing unit and manual washing installation. The contract is not divided into lots and one comprehensive lump-sum bid must be submitted. The works must be completed within 7 months of signing the contract. The bid deadline is 22 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100%. A mandatory site inspection must be completed before submitting the bid. The bid must include the required forms, cost estimate, declarations and site inspection note, and must be submitted electronically in Polish with an accepted electronic signature. A PLN 20,000 bid guarantee is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
