Construction of a village community centre in Rychliki and development of plot no. 494

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a village community centre in Rychliki on part of plot no. 494, including the building, internal and external sanitary installations, internal electrical installations and immediate landscaping. The works are divided into two stages and must be completed by 31 October 2027; external electrical works and wider landscaping are excluded and will be procured separately. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish via platformazakupowa.pl by 16 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 39,000 tender guarantee is required.
