Comprehensive energy-efficiency refurbishment of the social services support building in Bytow

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive energy-efficiency refurbishment works for a social services support building at Miła Street in Bytów, including insulation of external, roof, basement and foundation walls, replacement of windows and doors, selected heating and lighting upgrades, a new lightning-protection system, repairs to external elements and accessibility ramps, and installation of an information board. The works must be completed by 31 July 2027, with no partial bids permitted. The tender is evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty period for the entire works and materials (40%).
