Summary

The contract covers construction and modernisation of an access road to agricultural land in the Świerczów and Nowa Wieś areas, including surveying, subgrade preparation and cement stabilisation, crushed-stone surfaces, road-shoulder works, replacement of two culverts, safety barriers and as-built documentation. The works must be completed by 23 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 00:00. The evaluation criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%). A tender guarantee of PLN 2,000 is required, and performance security is also required. Similar works may subsequently be ordered up to 10% of the basic contract value.
