Winter maintenance of roads in the Pyrzyce district during the 2026–2027 winter season

Summary

The tender covers winter maintenance of county roads in the Pyrzyce district during the winter season from 15 November 2026 to 31 March 2027. The contract is divided into 7 lots, and bidders may submit offers for selected lots or several lots. The services include snow removal and elimination of slipperiness on roads; Lot 7 also covers roads and pavements in Lipiany. Each vehicle used must have a functioning satellite GPS system compatible with the contracting authority’s monitoring system or an equivalent solution, transmitting the vehicle’s position, speed, direction and equipment status at least every 30 seconds. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 09:00. Offers are scored by estimated variable gross remuneration for the winter season (30%), monthly basic remuneration (30%) and response time (40%); response times of up to 90, 75 or 60 minutes receive 0, 20 or 40 points respectively. The monthly basic remuneration may not exceed 6% of the estimated variable gross remuneration. The contractor or subcontractor must employ the persons performing the relevant activities under employment contracts where the legal conditions for employment apply. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
