Improving the energy efficiency of public buildings in the Łuków Functional Urban Area – comprehensive energy modernisation of Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 in Łuków, including its extension and reconstruction

Summary

The contract covers the comprehensive energy-efficiency modernisation, extension and reconstruction of Municipal Kindergarten No. 2 in Łuków. The works include thermal insulation and façade works, replacement of windows and doors, internal finishing, demolition and site works, electrical, photovoltaic, telecommunications and sanitary installations, lifts, room equipment, testing and certification, and obtaining the occupancy permit. The works must be completed by 9 July 2027. Only one complete tender may be submitted, electronically, by 18 September 2026 at 11:00. A tender guarantee of PLN 80,000 is required. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be between 36 and 60 months.
