Delivery, installation and commissioning of catering equipment and catering furniture at the Gastronomy and Hotel Management School Complex in Wisla

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of catering equipment, including small catering equipment, delivery, installation and commissioning of catering appliances, and delivery and installation of catering furniture for the Gastronomy and Hotel Management School Complex in Wisla. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers small catering equipment and catering appliances, with delivery within up to 3 weeks of signing the contract; Lot 2 covers catering furniture, with delivery within up to 5 weeks. The equipment must be brand new, unused for display, free from physical and legal defects, and delivered, installed and commissioned at the contractor’s own cost and risk. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10 September 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation awards 60 points for price and 40 points for a shorter delivery period. A 60-month warranty is required. No bid guarantee is required, but the successful contractor for Lot 1 must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total offered price for that lot.
