Installation of hollowed wooden water drains on forest roads in the Boracza and Kamesznica forest districts within the Węgierska Górka Forest District

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for installing hollowed wooden water drains on forest roads in two lots. Lot 1 covers the Boracza forest district: removal and disposal of existing drains and installation of 80 new 5.5-metre wooden drains on the Pietrówka and Trawna forest roads. Lot 2 covers the Kamesznica forest district: removal and disposal of existing drains and installation of 63 new 5.0-metre wooden drains on four forest roads. The new drains must be installed at the required angle and gradient, with backfilling and compaction so that surface water is properly discharged without reducing driving comfort. The works must be completed within 40 calendar days of signing the contract. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, but a bid for a lot must cover its entire scope. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 09:00. A tender guarantee of PLN 1,300 is required for Lot 1 and PLN 1,000 for Lot 2. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty and statutory defect liability, weighted at 40%. The minimum warranty and statutory defect liability period is 36 months. The successful contractor must also provide performance security equal to 2.5% of the gross contract price and employ workers carrying out preparatory, earthworks and drain-installation activities under employment contracts.
