Summary

The procurement covers the modernization of technical infrastructure in technical and server rooms at units of the State Fire Service, including power supply and air-conditioning systems. The contract includes an initial audit, design and implementation of an Information Security Management System, a closing audit, delivery, installation, commissioning, employee training, and handover of technical, warranty and as-built documentation. The contract period is 2 months. A mandatory site visit must be completed at two locations in Bydgoszcz and Tylna Góra. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026 at 08:30. The evaluation is based on price (60%) and completion time (40%). A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee and performance security are required.
