Renovation works for the stone fence of the First World War cemetery on Suwalska Street in Goldap

Summary

The contract covers renovation of approximately 250 m of stone fencing around a First World War cemetery at Suwalska Street in Gołdap. The works include cleaning and sandblasting, removal of defective joints and loose elements, dismantling and rebuilding degraded sections, replacement and supplementation of granite stones, reconstruction of the flat stone coping, repointing with renovation mortar containing trass, hydrophobic impregnation, removal of demolition waste, and restoration of affected green areas. The works must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 10:00. Award criteria are price (60%) and the warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 48 months and the maximum period counted for evaluation is 60 months.
