Building renovation

Summary

The contract concerns renovation works in the common areas of five corridors in the residential building at 13 Zamenhofa Street in Gdynia, including all necessary arrangements. The contracting authority may optionally order renovation works on five stairwell levels, up to a maximum value of 30% of the basic contract. The basic works are to be completed within the period offered, with the contract duration stated as 110 days; the delivery-time criterion accepts 40 to 70 days, and an offer exceeding 70 days will not be considered. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee is required.
