Demolition of a residential building and a farm building from Osie

Summary

The contract covers the careful dismantling of a residential building and a farm building in Osie, their transport to the Kashubian Ethnographic Park Museum in Wdzydze, and the construction of two storage shelters for the recovered structural elements. The works include preparation and securing of the demolition site, selective dismantling and protection of reusable materials, asbestos roofing removal by specialist companies, waste disposal, transport and storage, fumigation of wooden elements, site reinstatement and post-construction geodetic surveying. The contract must be completed by 4 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically through the procurement platform by 16 September 2026 at 09:00. The bid guarantee is PLN 5,000.
