Organisation of a one-day integration and leisure trip for children and their guardians from the Pilski district

The contract concerns the organisation of one educational, integration and leisure day trip for approximately 40 children, young people, foster carers, their families and accompanying staff from the Pilski district. The trip is planned for September–October 2026 and will take place at DYNIOWATO in Kopaszyn near Wagrowiec. The contractor must provide the programme and schedule, coach transport from Pila and back, entrance tickets, pumpkin workshops, at least two qualified support staff or animators, a qualified trip leader, accident insurance for approximately 42 people, a two-course lunch with dietary options, attendance records and participation certificates. The contract will run until 31 October 2026. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%.
