Roof renovation of the guardhouse building at Zabrze Prison

Summary

The contract covers the complete renovation of the roof of the guardhouse building at Zabrze Prison, including demolition and disposal works, repairs to fire walls and the chimney, insulation with 20 cm styrofoam roofing boards, a two-layer heat-welded roofing membrane over approximately 405 m², sheet-metal flashings, gutters and downpipes, lightning protection, scaffolding, antenna mast work and site security measures. The works must be completed by 22 December 2026. A site visit before submitting a tender is mandatory; failure to attend will result in rejection. The tender must cover the entire contract, must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 09:00, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the gross tender price and provide a five-year warranty.
