Renovation of regional road DW328 from km 103+110 to km 103+990

Summary

The contract concerns renovation of regional road DW328 over the section from km 103+110 to km 103+990 in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The works include milling and reconstructing the road structure, earthworks, stabilization, crushed-stone subbase, asphalt binder and SMA wearing courses, drainage and ditches, culverts, curbs, sidewalks, access roads, bus platforms, road barriers and traffic signs. The contractor must also prepare and implement temporary traffic management, provide surveying services, manage waste, submit as-built documentation and use approved construction materials. The works must be completed within 7 months of signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 09:00, and the offer must remain valid until 14 October 2026. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the weighting. A bid guarantee of PLN 30,000 and, for the successful bidder, performance security of 5% of the total gross offer price are required.
