Purchase of a mobile drinking-water treatment station to ensure continuity of water supply in the Suszec municipality under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026

Summary

The contract covers the delivery of one mobile drinking-water treatment station for maintaining water supply continuity in the Suszec municipality. The station must be factory-new, unused, complete, assembled, ready for use, non-prototype and manufactured no earlier than 2026. It must use ultrafiltration with pre-filtration and pumping systems, achieve at least 10 m3/h of treated water and at least 220 m3/day, and meet the specified microbiological and turbidity limits. The delivery includes transport and unloading, commissioning, functional tests, at least two working days of operator training, technical documentation, a two-axle container trailer, an external flexible tank of at least 10 m3 and authorised warranty and post-warranty service in Poland. Offers must be submitted electronically by 11 September 2026 at 09:00. The contract must be completed by 27 November 2026. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
