Collection, transport and disposal of medical waste – 21/ODP-MED/2026

Summary

The tender concerns the collection, transport and disposal of medical waste for the Krakow Emergency Medical Service. The contract is not divided into lots and will run from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028. The contracting authority may exercise an option starting at 60% of the maximum contract value and, if necessary, increase it up to the maximum value. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation criteria are price (80%), generation of a waste transfer confirmation (10%) and response time for emergency waste collection (10%). A PLN 2,000 tender guarantee is required.
