Purchase of computer equipment and software, purchase of application software licences, and purchase of computer equipment and software for the CEPiK system

Summary

The procurement covers three lots: (1) delivery of computer equipment and software for the Kielec County Office, including 25 all-in-one computers, 6 laptops, printers, VoIP telephones, monitors, tablets and accessories; (2) delivery of 55 perpetual MS Office 2021 Standard or equivalent licences; and (3) delivery of 5 CEPiK equipment sets, each comprising a computer, monitor, printer, keyboard, mouse, A4 scanner and smart-card reader. Offers may be submitted for all lots. The deadline for submitting offers is 9 September 2026 at 10:00, and submission is electronic through the Polish e-Procurement Platform. Lot 1 and Lot 3 have a delivery period of up to 14 days, while Lot 2 has a delivery period of up to 7 days. Price carries 60% and delivery time 40% of the evaluation weighting in each lot. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
