Purchase and delivery of paper for printing devices for 2026–2027

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and successive delivery of paper for printing devices during 2026–2027, based on individual orders. Deliveries will be made to 28 locations in Poland and may be carried out by courier. The contract term is 12 months; the contracting authority guarantees orders amounting to at least 75% of the contract value and may exercise an option for additional deliveries of up to 20% of the offered contract value. Offers must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement Platform by 10 September 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), delivery time for individual orders (30%) and payment term (10%). A PLN 1,500 bid guarantee is required.
