Renovation works at the Łabuń Mały forester’s lodge – third procedure

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive renovation and construction works at the Łabuń Mały forester’s lodge, including replacement of windows and selected internal doors, renovation of two bathrooms and a wardrobe, painting, floor and wall finishes, plumbing, sewage, electrical, ventilation and central-heating works, foundation plinth insulation, local roof repairs and facade works. The contract is not divided into lots and must be completed within 60 days of signing. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 1,000 bid guarantee is required. Offers are assessed by price (60%) and the quality warranty period (40%); the warranty must be 24–48 months.
