Modernization of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the football pitch in Bieniowice

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to modernize the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the football pitch in Bieniowice. The scope includes demolition and dismantling works, installation of sanitary equipment, replacement of floors and doors, installation of air conditioning, electric heaters and a photovoltaic system, building thermal insulation, site development and resolving facade-work conflicts with a sheet-metal garage. The works must be completed within 4 months and include a 60-month quality guarantee. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 12:00. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the weighting. A PLN 6,000 tender guarantee is required.
