Strengthening the tourism potential of Gmina Leśna Podlaska through the creation of a village park

Summary

The contract concerns the creation of a village park to strengthen the tourism potential of Gmina Leśna Podlaska. The works are divided into two lots, and bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Lot 1 includes, among other things, removal of old infrastructure and selected vegetation, tree care, watercourse and culvert cleaning, underground electrical networks, pedestrian footbridges, gravel and granite-paved surfaces, lighting, street furniture, park equipment, tree planting and lawn restoration. Lot 2 includes demolition of existing concrete and asphalt surfaces, parking and pedestrian infrastructure, underground electrical networks, stairs, seating walls, footbridges, paving, lighting, parking equipment, planting and lawn works. The planned contract period is 13 months. Offers must be submitted electronically through the e-Zamówienia platform, in Polish, by 16 September 2026 at 00:00. Evaluation is based on price at 60% and warranty period at 40%.
