Thermal modernization and reconstruction of the Nowa Sol Commune Office Economic Department building in Kiełcz

Summary

The contract concerns thermal modernization and reconstruction of the Economic Department building of the Nowa Sól Commune Office at Cicha 6 in Kiełcz. The works include insulation of foundations, façades, floors and ceilings; renovation of rooms; replacement of the boiler, hot-water tank, windows and doors; ventilation and heating works; roof works; photovoltaic panels; creation of a window opening and internal layout changes; fire-separation walls and roof hatches. The contractor must also provide as-built documentation, obtain the occupancy permit and carry out warranty inspections. The works must start within 3 days of handover of the site and be completed within 5 months of contract signature, no later than 12 February 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and the warranty period for 40%. A PLN 10,000 tender guarantee and performance security of 5% of the gross tender price are required.
