Revitalisation of Niemodlin Municipal Park on Wojska Polskiego Street

Summary

The contract covers the comprehensive revitalisation of the 1.0130-hectare municipal park in Niemodlin on Wojska Polskiego Street under a design-and-build model. The contractor must prepare the complete design documentation and carry out construction works, including landscaping, technical and recreational infrastructure, paths and surfaces, lighting, utilities, a bridge or similar structure, planting and maintenance of greenery, playground equipment and security cameras. The contract period is 380 days. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish via the contracting authority’s purchasing platform by 18 September 2026 at 11:30. A PLN 30,000 bid guarantee is required, and the contract will include a performance security requirement.
