Reconstruction of the boiler room at the Public Primary School in Solec nad Wisła

Summary

The contract covers the reconstruction of the coal-fired boiler room at the Public Primary School in Solec nad Wisła into a liquid-gas heating system. The works include demolition, building and finishing works, installation of a 200 kW external condensing gas boiler, heating, water and sewage systems, electrical installations, a 6.4 m³ underground LPG tank and its gas connection, testing, commissioning, waste removal, reinstatement of the site and as-built documentation. The works must be completed by 31 October 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 12:00. Price carries 60% and the quality guarantee period 40%; the minimum guarantee is 36 months and the maximum period scored is 60 months. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security of 5% of the gross bid price is required from the successful bidder.
