Roof reconstruction of the gymnasium building at Maków Primary School

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of the roof of the gymnasium building at Maków Primary School. The works include dismantling existing roof-related elements and selected facade plaster, installing insulated corrugated sandwich roof panels, gutters, sheet-metal flashings and snow guards, reinstalling lighting fixtures, and installing and testing a new lightning protection system. The works must be completed within 2 months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 12:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 4,500 is required, and the successful contractor must provide performance security. Offers will be evaluated on price (60%) and the quality guarantee and defect liability period (40%).
