Thermal modernisation of the Library+ Culture Centre building in Czarny Bór – Stage 2

Summary

The tender concerns the second stage of thermal modernisation works at the Library+ Culture Centre building in Czarny Bór. The works include upgrading the mechanical ventilation system to a supply-and-exhaust system with heat recovery, installing a ground-source heat pump, introducing underfloor heating in part of the building and replacing radiators. The building will remain in normal use, so the contractor must minimise disruption, coordinate its work with stage-one modernisation works and complete the contract within 6 months.
