Reconstruction of Kwiatowa Street in Wałcz together with reconstruction of technical infrastructure

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of approximately 211 metres of Kwiatowa Street in Wałcz, from Kołobrzeska Street to the boundary of plot 5436/3, together with technical infrastructure works. The scope includes a new concrete block road surface, access roads, pavements, kerbs and drainage, LED street lighting, protection and reconstruction of conflicting power and telecommunications networks, road markings, a speed bump, earthworks, demolition and reinstatement works, and restoration of green areas. The works must be completed within 10 months. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 17 September 2026 at 10:00 via the procurement platform. The evaluation criteria are price (60%) and the warranty and statutory guarantee period (40%). A bid guarantee of PLN 16,000 is required, and performance security amounts to 5% of the contract value.
