Improving access to high-quality preschool and inclusive primary education in the MOF area

Summary

The contract covers construction works to adapt six kindergartens and primary schools in Tomaszow Lubelski to the needs of people with disabilities. The works include ramps and stair platforms, accessible entrances and toilets, door replacement and threshold removal, tactile signs, visual warning systems, adapted parking and seating, sanitary and electrical works, and related finishing and renovation works. The procurement is divided into six lots, and a bidder may submit an offer for one, several or all lots. Each lot must be completed within 90 days of contract signature. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 09:00. A bid guarantee of PLN 30,000 is required for each lot, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer price. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and the offered quality guarantee period (40%).
