Expansion of the Wellness Area at Koszalin Water Park

Summary

The contract concerns the expansion of the wellness area at Koszalin Water Park. The works cover a sanitary and changing-room building, a sauna building, external parking roads, a glued-laminated timber pergola, finished walkways, replacement of two SPA pools, and electrical, sanitary, water, sewage, ventilation and air-conditioning installations prepared for a future sauna garden. The contractor must also carry out testing and commissioning, obtain the required permits, including an occupancy permit for Stage II before all works are completed, and provide as-built documentation and staff training. The works must start on contract signature and be completed within 48 weeks; the sauna building milestone is 35 weeks and the sanitary and changing-room building milestone is 47 weeks. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 11:00 and remain valid until 17 October 2026. A mandatory site visit is required. Evaluation is based on price (60 points) and shortening the completion period (40 points). A PLN 160,000 tender guarantee is required, and the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
