Training services (6 lots) under the “Centre of Design and Animation” project

Summary

The procurement covers six parts for training services under the EU-funded “Centre of Design and Animation” project: materials science; from theory to practice in design; metrology equipment and technical documentation; artificial intelligence in graphics and multimedia; animation software; and image post-production. Bids may be submitted for all or selected parts. Training takes place at the contracting authority’s premises and includes theory, practical exercises, learning-outcome assessment, training materials, attendance and course documentation, certificates or participation confirmations, and photographic records. Parts 1–3 involve two groups of 22 students, with 16 training hours per group; Parts 4–6 involve five groups of 50 students, also with 16 hours per group. The deadline for submitting bids is 8 September 2026 at 11:00, and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish through the designated procurement platform. The price has a 60% weighting and the lead lecturer’s relevant experience has a 40% weighting.
