Individual support for people becoming independent under the Lublin Municipality project “Independent into the Future”

Summary

The procurement concerns training services supporting young people who are becoming independent after leaving foster care in Lublin. It is divided into 8 lots: category B and C driving courses, excavator-loader operator courses, a finishing-works technician course, forklift operation, and a group nail-styling course. The courses are intended for persons aged 18–23 who live in Lublin and follow an Individual Independence Programme. Offers may be submitted for all lots. The services must be completed by 15 December 2026. The award criteria are price (60%) and the number of disabled persons employed to deliver the service (40%). Offers and other required documents must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 September 2026.
