Supply of furniture-production components divided into two lots – procedure no. 34/D

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of furniture-production components in two lots: Lot 1, furniture and fibreboard, and Lot 2, furniture accessories. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Delivery must take place within 30 to 45 days of contract signature to the buyer’s warehouse in Olsztyn, during the stated receiving hours. The products must be covered by a 12-month warranty. Price carries 60% and delivery time 40% of the evaluation score. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 11:00. A bid guarantee is required: PLN 1,600 for Lot 1 and PLN 1,700 for Lot 2. Lot 1 also includes an option for additional quantities of up to 50% of the basic order.
