Repair of the terrace waterproofing above the main entrance to the Music and Arts Palace Building at 40 Niepodległości Avenue in Szczecin

Summary

The contract covers construction works to repair the waterproofing of the terrace above the main entrance to the Music and Arts Palace Building in Szczecin, at 40 Niepodległości Avenue. The works must be completed within 70 days. Before starting, the contractor must remove the existing entrance lighting, document and protect the portico plasterwork, stabilise and reinforce cracks, install protective mesh, support and board the ceiling, and carry out all terrace works manually to minimise vibration. Structural changes must be monitored and consulted with the site manager and structural engineer. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty is 36 months and the maximum scored period is 60 months.
