Creation and equipping of a local social integration centre in Jasieniec

Summary

The contract covers the renovation, refurbishment and adaptation of the existing club building at Czerska Street 7 in Jasieniec into a local Social Integration Centre, together with its equipment. The works include façade and roof renovation, chimney flues, replacement of external and internal doors and windows, electrical works, removal of mould, plastering, tiling, painting, air-conditioning, a 10 kWp photovoltaic installation with a battery of up to 10 kWh, water and sewage works, site works and the delivery of furniture and storage equipment. The contract must be completed by 31 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 10:00, and the bid must be accompanied by a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty and service period is 36 months. A 5% performance security is required before contract signing.
