Expansion of the interchange hub in the Pleśna municipality

Summary

The contract covers the expansion of an interchange hub near the railway station in Łowczówek, Pleśna municipality. The works include reconstruction of municipal road K 200104 and access roads, construction of 35 parking spaces including 3 accessible spaces, a bicycle shelter with a green roof, public transport stops, slope protection, tree removal, signage, low-voltage lighting and power systems, CCTV, rainwater and sanitary sewer connections, a water connection, and an electric vehicle charging station. The contract is to be completed within 10 months of signing. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and warranty period 40%; no bid guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the offered price.
