The tender covers renovation works at KRUS field offices in Lubartów, Janów Lubelski and Parczew, divided into three lots. The works include renovation of selected office rooms, replacement of floor coverings and internal sun-shading window coverings, painting and other finishing works, as well as demolition, preparatory, protection and cleaning works. Each lot has a 45-day completion period. The estimated values are PLN 77,337.93 for Lot 1, PLN 192,183.53 for Lot 2 and PLN 78,377.56 for Lot 3. Bids may be submitted for all lots. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 11:00, and the bidder must hold an account on the procurement platform.
