Redevelopment of part of the Municipal and Communal Cultural Centre in Osiek under the “New Infrastructure, New Culture” project

Summary

The tender covers the redevelopment of part of the Municipal and Communal Cultural Centre in Osiek in two lots. Lot 1 concerns construction, adaptation and installation works to convert a former gymnasium into a multifunctional auditorium, including structural, sanitary, electrical, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and finishing works, with completion by 31 December 2026. Lot 2 concerns the design, supply, installation and commissioning of stage technology, acoustics and auditorium equipment, including 166 upholstered auditorium seats and two sets of removable seats, with completion by 31 December 2027. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish through the Polish e-procurement platform by 15 September 2026. Price accounts for 60% and the extended quality-guarantee period for 40%.
