Roof renovation of the farm building “Cowshed I – currently a stable” at the Krzyżowice school complex

The tender concerns renovation of the roof of the farm building “Cowshed I – currently a stable” at the Powiatowy Zespół Szkół No. 1 in Krzyżowice, including demolition works, partial replacement of the roof structure, new roofing, drainage and sheet-metal works, chimney reconstruction, lightning protection, roof access hatches, snow guards, associated works, and restoration and installation of a horse bust. The works must be completed within 8 months of contract signature and no later than 30 June 2027. The bid must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 09:00. Offers are evaluated by price (60%) and the offered warranty period (40%); the warranty must be between 36 and 60 months. No bid security is required, but a performance security of 5% of the gross bid price must be provided before contract signature.
