Reconstruction of parts of buildings C and D at PWPW and construction of a steel technical platform

Summary

The tender concerns multidisciplinary construction works at the premises of Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych SA, Sanguszki 1, Warsaw: reconstruction and change of use of parts of buildings C and D at levels 31.00 and 21.00, plus construction of a steel technical platform in the small courtyard. The works include building installations and must be completed by 30 June 2027; Stage I must be completed within no more than 97 calendar days from handover of the site. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on price (80%), completion time (10%) and the professional experience of key personnel (10%). No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
