Construction of a civil defence warehouse in Nieszawa

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a single-storey, non-basement container building for a civil defence warehouse in Nieszawa. The building will consist of connected container modules on a reinforced-concrete foundation slab and will include storage and welfare rooms, electrical, water supply, sanitary sewer and ventilation systems, a cold-formed steel frame, multilayer wall panels and a mono-pitched roof. The works are to be completed within 60 days. Offers must be submitted electronically through the purchasing platform, in Polish. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%). A bid guarantee of PLN 6,000 is required, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 3% of the total tender price.
