Extension of existing preschool facilities, including facilities with integrated groups

Summary

The procurement covers the extension, reconstruction and adaptation of existing preschool facilities, including facilities with integrated groups, in the Tarnów municipality. It is divided into three lots: works at a school/preschool facility in Koszyce Wielkie, reconstruction and extension of the preschool in Wola Rzędzińska, and conversion, extension and reconstruction of part of a primary school into a preschool in Poręba Radlna. The works also include playground renovation or modernisation, utilities, electrical and sanitary installations, accessibility improvements and site development. The contract period is 12 months. Offers may be submitted for any or all lots and are evaluated separately using price at 60% and warranty period at 40%. The minimum warranty and equivalent statutory liability period is 36 months; warranty periods above 60 months receive no additional scoring. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 09:30. No bid guarantee is required, but a performance security of 5% of the total offered price is required after award.
