Reconstruction of the auditorium with external stairs and sanitary, stormwater and chilled-water connections

Summary

The contract covers construction and installation works for the reconstruction of an auditorium at the Institute of Low Temperatures and Structural Research in Wrocław, including external stairs and sanitary, stormwater and chilled-water connections. The works must be completed by 30 November 2027. A site inspection is mandatory before submitting a bid; an offer submitted without it will be rejected. Bids must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 via the purchasing platform, and documents may be prepared only in Polish. The contract is not divided into lots. Award criteria are price (80%), warranty extension (10%) and the experience of the site manager (10%). A PLN 75,000 bid guarantee and performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price are required.
