Purchase of a wheel loader with a telescopic boom through financial leasing

Summary

The contract covers the delivery of a factory-new or demonstration wheel loader with a telescopic boom through financial leasing with a purchase option. The machine may have no more than 100 operating hours and must meet the detailed technical requirements, including production from the second half of 2023 or later, minimum 130 HP engine power, Stage V emissions, 4x4 drive, minimum lifting capacity of 3,100 kg at maximum height and 1,600 kg at maximum forward reach. Delivery, at the contractor’s expense, must take place within 30 days of signing the contract, followed by operator training, commissioning and the required Polish-language documentation. The financing period is 36 months, with a 45% initial payment and a 5% purchase option. The bid deadline is 11 September 2026 at 09:00. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the weighting. A PLN 8,000 bid guarantee is required.
