Redevelopment of the courtyard area in the block bounded by Szkolna, Mickiewicza, Lukasinskiego and Roosevelta Streets – Stage II (LBO)

Summary

The tender concerns Stage II of the redevelopment of a courtyard area in the block bounded by Szkolna, Mickiewicza, Lukasinskiego and Roosevelta Streets in Legnica. The works include restoring and maintaining existing greenery, preparing the ground, planting trees, shrubs, hedges and ornamental grasses, establishing lawns, constructing pedestrian paths from concrete paving blocks, installing park lights, lawn barriers and road signs, and dismantling existing elements where necessary. The contractor must also supply and install a double-sided, round information board with the LBO 2026 logo, 50 cm in diameter, made of outdoor dibond and protected with UV-resistant laminate; its cost must be included in the tender price. Offers are assessed by price (60%) and the quality guarantee period for the works (40%).
