Construction of a container community centre with technical infrastructure in Cisk II

Summary

The tender concerns the complete construction of a container village community centre with technical infrastructure on plot 141 in Cisk, Goworowo municipality. The scope includes delivery, installation and foundation of the container building; earthworks, foundations and site development; utility connections; sanitary, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and electrical installations; a sealed wastewater tank; interior and exterior finishing; kitchen furniture and appliances; paved areas and access routes; and photovoltaic panels. The contractor must prepare the photovoltaic installation design and obtain the required approvals, supply new certified materials and equipment, perform testing and commissioning, provide surveying services and hand over complete as-built documentation. The works must be completed by 20 May 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Zamówienia Platform by 15 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60 points and the warranty period for 40 points; the offered warranty must be between 36 and 60 months. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security of 2% of the gross contract price must be provided before or on the contract signing date.
