Supply of radio, television and audiovisual equipment

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of four items of professional radio, television and audiovisual equipment: an advanced broadcast audio-video interface, a professional video and audio I/O device, a hardware color-grading controller, and a portable screen calibrator and profiling device. The equipment must be brand new, unused, from current production and not older than 2025, and must have the certificates and standards required for sale and use in Poland. The contract includes delivery, transport, unloading, carrying the equipment to the location indicated by the contracting authority and free warranty service. The contract period is 30 days. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 8 September 2026 at 10:00. Award criteria are price (60%), delivery period (20%) and warranty period (20%).
