Facade renovation of the Rymanów Municipal Office building

Summary

The contract concerns renovation of the facade of the Rymanów Municipal Office building at Mitkowskiego 14A. The works include painting approximately 227 m², renovating approximately 580 m² of facade insulation and finishing layers, replacing external window sills, removing and reinstalling downpipes, a canopy, four CCTV cameras, a fire alarm indicator and 13 external light fittings, replacing four lightning-protection connection-box covers, and replacing or repainting the front-facade coat-of-arms sign. Demolition waste must be removed and disposed of. The works must be completed within 60 days. Bids must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 10:00, and a PLN 2,000 bid guarantee is required. Offers are evaluated by price (70%) and the warranty period (30%).
