Renovation of an existing building to adapt it for use as an OLiOC warehouse

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of an existing building and its adaptation for use as an OLiOC warehouse. The works include demolition, structural and finishing works, facade works, water and sewerage installations, a sanitary sewer connection, internal electrical installations and hard-surfacing around the building. The contract must be completed within 7 weeks, or 49 days, from signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Zamówienia Platform by 17 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are price at 60% and the additional warranty and defect-liability period at 40%. A PLN 10,000 bid guarantee and, for the successful bidder, performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer price are required.
