Summary

The contract covers construction works for a maneuvering yard at the JRG Nowa Dęba warehouse-garage building and the related infrastructure. The works include demolition and construction works for enlarging the yard and renovating the existing surface, replacement of the site fencing with gates and a barrier, a retaining wall, waste and external fuel-tank shelters, soakaway wells with separators, and electrical and structured installations for power supply, lighting, monitoring, access control and Internet. The service ramp for vehicles is not included; the relevant area will receive an asphalt surface. The works must be completed within 30 days of signing the contract and no later than 31 October 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically by 15 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty and statutory defect-liability period carries 40%. A PLN 23,000 tender guarantee is required, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
